(1) The $497 tier's official name is Agency Pro; SaaS Pro is the marketing label. (2) We had the white-label mobile app listed as included at $497. It is not — it is a $497/mo add-on on its own, or bundled into Enterprise. Anyone who picked the tier for that reason was reading our page wrong because of us. (3) Added the Enterprise tier, annual prices for Starter and Unlimited, and AI Employee add-on pricing: $50 or $97/mo per sub-account. The AI is not bundled at any tier, and it meters per sub-account, which is the line that moves an agency's real bill.
